[Plugin: Live Blogging] Time Zones

Not sure if this is a WordPress question or a live blogging question, but is there a way to display the time an entry has been posted in MY time zone? Right now I’m using M j Y @ h:ia T which displays a nice, neat format (Sep 13 2011 @ 03:10pm UTC). The only problem is it’s 5 hours off.

Is there a way to display the timezone I’m posting from (and not the -500 or that format, but the time from my actual time zone)? For a personal site, I’d rather it reflect MY posting times.
