• Hello, Im searching for a plugin which allows me to protect the pdf version of the posts. Im using nother plugin which generates the pdf of 1700 posts, so the deal is to display download link after a single paypal payment to the site.

In the description says ” Typical usage is giving permission to access your private files like ePub or PDF” This is exactly what I want to do. However Im wondering on how to implement. I have setted the main opton like playpal, but looks like I have to edit the theme to protect pdf links…

I use normally the nextpage and more tags in my posts, I wish all html content to stay free…

Can you send any directive on how to implement? Thanks

    Hi, mlduclos.

You mean selling PDF of your post via PayPal?
For normal use, this plugin provides protection with steps below.

    1. Upload your PDF via Media Uploader’s tab “Literally WordPress”.
    2. Files uploaded through this page will be saved on safe directory which you set on LWP’s setting page.
    3. User can buy your PDF through link generated by LWP.

Download and buy links will be displayed automatically. See instructions on setting page.

You seem to make PDF of your post with another plugin and It supposed that that plugin generates PDFs of your posts to wp-content/uploads folder or else.
LWP does not treat what other plugins do and protects only files which are uploaded with LWP functions.

Sorry, but documentation for theme customization is under construction.
