[Plugin: List category posts] Show first image in a post

Hi.
In widget, I can select to display a thumbnail, but if image is not selected like default, image is not showing.

It would be possible to display first attached image in a post if no default image is selected?

Then, a little bug: in widget, selected options disappear when I save widget.
