Plugin links to wordpress.org

I often want to praise or give feedback to the plugins I am using.

The links in my installed plugins are usually to the author’s home page.

Since I want to help other wordpress users, why is there no link back to the wordpress.org plugin’s page?

I usually have to manually find the page in wordpress.org’s search.

There needs to be a way to rate the plugin and add comments directly from the plugin page on the blog.
