[resolved] [Plugin: Link Library] Wrong date in "Last edited" (4 posts)

I'm using Link Library v2.5 (don't know if it was like this in earlier versions), and when I place the mouse over a link and the tooltip with the description is shown, it also states "last edited" followed by a date in the 1970:s. Needles to say, the date is pretty much wrong. Is there a way to either get the correct date or exclude this information?

I will take a look at this later today. I think you can disable these tooltips by checking off the show updated option in the admin panel ( not at a computer to check right now)

After checking a bit more, the issue is that WordPress has a field for the last updated time but does not populate it.

To get correct dates, you would need to install a plugin such as the Link Updated plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/link-updated/) and the tooltip would then have the right date after you save each of your links.

The alternative is to disable the option called Show Link Updated Flag in the Link Library admin panel. Then it won't show up.

I re-worked a lot of the back-end in Link Library 2.5 and might have activated this function that was previously dormant inadvertently.

Excellent. Since the information isn't that important to me, I just turn it off.
Thank you very much for the speedy help.
