[Plugin: Link Library] Problem displaying links with empty category

    If you create a category which has no links associated with it, then add it to your list of categories to be displayed, two errors occur:

    1. When you save your settings it will tell you that the new category is invalid

    2. On your listings page, when showing the categories one at a time, as you change from one category to another it will show No Links, even on categories that have links.

    Adding a link to the new category solves the problem.

    I have just released version 3.1.1 to address this issue. Please upgrade and let me know if it works better for you. Also, please mark the issue as resolved if it does.
