Is it possible to specify the category via the shortcode?

Here's what I'm trying to do. I have more than 5 pages of links throughout the site. They all have the same formatting, each just needs to display one, or maybe two categories.

Since the plugin only supplies 5 sets, can I just use one set of all categories, and specify which to display via the shortcodes? I found the FAQs descrpitions of them confusing, so I'm not sure I can do this.

If so, how do I specify a single category, and how do I specify multiples.

    Thanks,
    Michael

Yes, absolutely. To specify the categories via shortcode, use the following syntax:

    [link-library-cats settings="1" categorylistoverride="28"]
    and
    [link-library settings="1" categorylistoverride="28"]

between the quotes, you can write one or more categories, seperated by commas. This way, they will all have the same formatting and each display different categories.

Let me know if this does the trick and set this thread as resolved if it does. Thanks.
