    Hello Yannick,
I have seen this question before but I was not able to get a solution working.

Basically I have a category list but when clicking for results just get the ajax loading graphic.

Any ideas on a quick fix, I am not seeing any errors in Activity.

Did you only put the [link-library-cats] shortcode on your page? You also need to have a [link-library] code in place to show a first category when the page is displayed and be able to display other categories when selected in the category list.

Please let me know if this works for you and mark the issue as resolved if it does.

    Hi Yannick,
Thanks for the quick reply. I did not have that piece in there. It is placed now but showing a full listing (need to start with category 5) and still trying to load the ajax above. I tried digging around again in your FAQ's to see what I may be missing so I wouldn't need to bother you again...but alas here I am. Here is what I have in the page

    [link-library-cats settings=2 ]

    [link-library]

I have the control panel set to show 1 cat and using the "5" ID as the initial category to load.

    Thanks

You should be specifying the settings to 2 for both shortcodes (link-library-cats and link-library).

If you specified to show one cat on setting 2, then it will work once you specify setting 2 in the shortcode.

on the page as it sits now I have this

    [link-library-cats settings=2 ]

    [link-library=2]

I did switch over to HTML GET and noticed it is not pulling results (No Links Found message)...think it's working but having an issue pulling in content to the list?

The second shortcode tag is incorrect. It should be [link-library settings=2]. Please try this and see if it helps.

Thank you very much Yannick that solved the problem. I appreciate your time as well as all the hard work you put into the plug-in. Hopefully this thread will come in useful for someone else so you won't have to trouble-shoot again.

    Cheers
    TS
