[Plugin: Like To Keep Reading] Opening post permalink instead of hidden content

Is there a way to edit the plugin so that when people like the website, the permalink for the post opens up rather than just the post’s hidden content being revealed? Because the way it works at the moment, when a reader clicks to “like” the website ALL the posts’ contents are shown and it makes my homepage look really crowded.

Also whoever figured out how to use a different URL for each social button – could you share the code?
