   Hello
   I need a Plugin or code to chang Roles of my websites User .
   a Plugin like Role-manager( Role manager doesnt work with WordPress2.7)

   try role scoper, google it dont think its under plugins

   thats weird also since role manager works for my 2.7

   http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugins/Plugin_Compatibility/2.7 indicates that there are problems with it in 2.7 look at the list of non working plugins.

   I have experienced problems like you with this version of Role-manager, couriously i found another role manager coded by David Winkler, you can found it here

   This one is no on the list of non working plugins
