   In WordPress 2.9 the gallery shortcode now includes the option of excluding or including specific images.

   This is especially useful given the new 2.9 feature of Post Thumbnails.

   Unfortunately, this option seems to be disabled by Lightbox Plus. I really like Lightbox Plus, so a fix for this would be fantastic.

   Found the fix. Open lightbox-plus/lightboxplus.php and replace it with the lightboxplus.php file from this zip file.

   And both include and exclude tags should start working.

   Thanks for the fix - I rolled it into the latest version (1.6.6). I unfortunately got sidetracked and haven't touched Lightbox Plus until today.
