   Works fine with single images, but not with a WP gallery.

   In the "Primary lightbox - Other Settings" tab (in appearance, lightbox plus, near the bottom) there is a tick box option called "Use For WP Gallery".

   Ticking that option got it working for standard galleries for me!

   I've been having the same issue since version 2.4 was released. Downgrade to v2.3.1 might fix your issue. It fixed mine.
