   Have you done any basic templates? Got a example on Staff directory? All the styling is no problems :)

   It's a very simple template for the twentyeleven theme. Simply add a new file in that the theme's directory (something like "template-staff_directory_listing.php") and paste it in. Create a new page, choose that template, and then view the page (assuming you've already populated the staff directory custom post type with at least one staff member).

   Style 'till happy.
