Plugin leaves orphan entries in db

    Hi

    I installed your plugin sometime ago and decided to remove it.

    I have found that with wp spring clean these db tables are left behind and not removed with the plugin:

    wp_knewsautomated
    wp_knewsautomatedposts
    wp_knewsautomatedsel
    wp_knewsextrafields
    wp_knewskeys
    wp_knewsletters
    wp_knewslists
    wp_knewstats
    wp_knewsubmits
    wp_knewsubmitsdetails
    wp_knewsusers
    wp_knewsusersextra
    wp_knewsuserslists

    It would be nice to remove all entries the plugin adds to a database when it is removed from a site.
