    Hi
I have some ideas regarding the interface for inputting data into the database. It is ok for adding new leagues and teams, but the matches could be improved. There are some popular formats for leagues, such as everyone playing everyone else home and away.... in a league with 15 teams, this means there are 205 matches. To add each of these matches individually as expected in this plugin is not too good. How about adding an option which will automatically setup the league matches where common formats are played. Then one could just input the teams, and press go.
Now, dates and venues are sometimes desired. A quick method of adding this data would be to show all the matches in a table, with home team down the left, away team across the top, therefore leaving a cell per match. The cell could have form elements in it for results, dates and venues, like the current table in the admin section for results - The admin could fill them all in and send them off to the data base.
Additionally, that big table, with all the league's matches should be given a tag eg {leaguebox=leagueID} such that one can look at one table and see the dates, results and venues for all matches in the league. Do you understand format I mean? do you need an example? Do you think you might implement these ideas, or should I write my own league manager plugin?
    Thanks, Andrew.
