   Hi Robert, as I intend to add thousands of markers to a world map, do you think the performance of the map will be too bad?

   Of course, I would not have any problem in setting a certain level of zoom to show the markers, this way not all of the would be visible at the same time.

   Also, does the plugin marker manager have a limit of markers?

   Hi Elias,

   the plugin marker manager shouldnt have a problem with a high number of markers - the database is optimized for minimal load and there are same settings like markers/page, search and tools which should help you with dealing with that high number of markers.

   I also estimate, that there shouldnt be a problem on the frontend, unless you use a different icon for each marker, which would result in loading thousands of marker icons.

   I think I will use the same icon for all the markers and I will add the images in the info bubble, so no problem. :)

   PD. Just as a curiosity, GIS CLoud managed to render 1.000.000 markers in real time!
