   Hi Robert,

   First of all, congratulations, the plugin is awesome. :D

   My question is: Is it possible to add images inside the icons? Something like this http://bit.ly/xASSOF, but in a normal map, not using augmented reality.

   I want to add about 4.000 icons to a world map.

   Do you think is possible? As we can choose the zoom level where the icons appear, the 4.000 photos don't need load at the same time.

   Hi Elias,

   thanks for your feedback!

   Ad icons: you can choose from more than 700 icons from the Map Icons Collection or create your own icons (with images or whatever), which you then have to upload to wp-content/uploads/leaflet-maps-marker-icons in order to select them for your markers.

   Thats what you can do with the plugin out of the box, for more, the code would have to be adapted I guess - so, please feel free to make a fork on github and send me some pull requests :-)

   Thanks Robert, I knew I could upload new icons, but I didn't knew there was no limit.

   Anyway, I think I will use the same icon for all the markers and add the info and images to the popup text.

   THIS.PLUGIN.ROCKS!!!
