   I just updated the gallery plugin yesterday and now when I upload pictures there is no thumbnail or slide view, only the full size photo view. Thumbnails are showing as a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the middle. This wasn't happening before I updated.

   The yellow triangle shows if Lazyest Gallery runs out of memory creating a thumbnail or slide image.
   You could increase the amount of memory for PHP or disable the memory check.
