   If you install the plugin, a link should be provided to the plugins setting page.

   When I go to Plugins, many plugins have two links: "Settings | Deactivate"

   Others provide a little info box which informs the user that he should configure the plugin.

   Oh, I see, many plugins have it, this plugin not yet. Just like many other plugins that haven't got that link yet.
   I thought something was broken.

   Well, at first I thought it was broken because I didn't find the settings.

   ;-) The link will be in version 1.1.
   For now, users should just go to Settings -> Lazyest Gallery
