• Also check if

• you’re running the latest version of the plugin
• you’re running a recent version of wordpress
• you’re wordpress installation fulfills the plugin requirements concerning php version and disabled extensions. See the FAQ

• Provide a screenshot of the bug and/or some kind of error message and a description of what SHOULD have been happen.
