The plugin works with the JW Player 4 by LongTail Video Inc. which ALSO DOES NOT WORK with MP4's. I know Mp4's suck, but I need to play them on this website.

The plugin uses the freeware KVS Player 2.4 by Kernel Team, and it does play MP4 files w/o any problems.
