• This works okay. I suppose you could just easily embed using tinymce or something else. But, this does the trick.

    Just keep in mind and to let you all know that when you use this to only use the ID part of the youtube url. Otherwise, it will not work.

    For example:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=#######

    Only use teh part after the “watch?v=”

    Which the last part that looks like a code should be embedded into a wp blog or post like:

    [youtube]#######[/youtube]

    As to the author, nicely done. I am sure there are other ways to embed this feature into posts and blogs, and that might be something you want to look into is a graphical icon that can be clicked on while posting a page or blog, instead of just using the script code.
