[resolved] [Plugin: Kimili Flash Embed] Ignoring target and rel (2 posts)

    WP 3.01
    Thesis Theme 1.8
    KFE 2.1.5
    Shadowbox-js 3.0.3.2

    The swf i'm embedding is a map.

  2. The map's .xml has over 250 href links.
  3. Each href has rel="shadowbox"

    4. Map render's correctly, with href links and color scheme correct to the .xml in an info box to the side of the map when a state is clicked.

  4. clicking a link opens external site in same window, as if target="_self"
  5. changing rel="shadowbox" to target="_blank" results in same rendering of link as if target="_self", so i'm 99% certain its KFE ignoring.

    6. I tried adding shadowbox-js script to various places in theme, page, etc. all resulting in KFE ignoring target/rel insertion and rendering link as "_self".

    At this point, I'd be happy if "_blank" was the best I could get out of the href's.

    I'm stumped. Who's got my answer? Thanks very much in advance!

    deleted and reinstalled shadowbox. now target= responds correctly, but not rel="shadowbox". opening a shadowbox thread for help.
