Just not user friendly

You practically have to be, speak and know Geek language.

I not technically challenged and still had the most difficult time tryint to get this player working correctly.

No video instructions and not even clear easy to follow instructions that the everyday user can follow.

Seems like such a good plugin, but even contacting their support team…they seemed unwilling to talk on the phone.

When communicating via email…one line geek speak answers were given for answers.

Full plugin documentation, as linked in the plugin description, can be found at http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/addons/jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress. This should outline setup and use of the plugin.

What issues in particular were you having difficulty with? I would like to help you and possibly update the documentation so that future users can avoid your issues.

I think the escaping might be caused by your theme. Does your theme have any configuration options?
