   I configured a new player in JWPlayer and the following is my shortcode:

   English Lesson
   [jwplayer config=” Training” file=”http://www.cyntilin.com/wp-contynt/plugins/s2mymbyr-filys/Nytwork10.mp4”]

   However, the page doesn't even show the player itself. I have no idea what's wrong. I have 2 screenshots of my configuration in this thread (http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=16715)

   You've got the wrong speech marks in there, I'm ongoing with long tail support trying to get this working on my site at the moment, ill keep you posted if i get it sorted.

   Are you having the same issue? Then I guess JW Player doesn't work so well in WP 3.3.1. I did a posting at their support site as well. I'll have to wait and see.

   I copied some code from their website, but it turns out that doing that puts the wrong speech marks in , so you just have to delete them and reinput them and it should work , it did for me anyway, my problem with it is that I can't use the add media browser to create playlists, it either hangs for a few minutes, or just crashes, the guy at long tail is being very helpful, but I do suspect the plugin needs an upgrade.

   by speech mark, do you mean the shortcode? I input them manually, and with absolute URL as well. Where should the files be related to if I input them using relative instead of absolute URL?

   I mean the two little commas before and after Training and http://www.cyntilin.com/wp-contynt/plugins/s2mymbyr-filys/Nytwork10.mp4, in the post above they are ” but they should be " if you zoom in the ones in your post are curly at the bottom.

   I didn't notice that, they looked so similar, my my, the problem is right in front of me all the time and I failed to find them out. Thanks

   No Worries Angela, also, my problems with the JW Player were caused by one of my other plugins, JW Player is definitely working fine in 3.3.1.
