[Plugin: jQuery Collapse-O-Matic] Missing Dark Style Images

Just did a fresh install of jQuery Collapse-O-Matic version 1.4.4 and tried using dark style sheet by renaming it style.css.
However, the following images are missing in the plugin /images directory:
arrow-down-dark.png
arrow-up-dark.pnghttp://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jquery-collapse-o-matic/
