    Hi,
    I want to use this plugin for displaying Google map.
    The problem is it's not display the map correctly (map frame ok, map content is not displayed ok, this is a known issue when using jquery & google map.

    I have fixed the problem when using another plugin WP UI, but I prefer using a lighter solution.
    That was the solution for WP UI
    .ui-tabs .ui-tabs-hide {
    position: absolute !important;
    left: -10000px !important;
    display:block !important;

    I have tried to edit your CSS to got similare fix with no luck?

    Any solution is welcome

    Hi,

    I'm using WP UI
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-ui/
    &
    Comprehensive Google Map Plugin
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/comprehensive-google-map-plugin/

    To display the map correctly you have to enter this code in
    Custom CSS box of WP UI:

    .ui-tabs .ui-tabs-hide {
    position: absolute !important;
    left: -10000px !important;
    display:block !important;

    The only thing is that the combination of both plugin seem to be slow... I have to check out settings of both plugins.

    I wish I could fix Collapse-O-Matic CSS to see if it's would be faster to display and have a minimal look.

    Good luck

    Hey there Map lovers,

    I think we figured out a solution for this problem as demonstrated here: http://spacedonkey.de/map-test/

    You can download Collapse-O-Matic version 1.4.7b, a special release just for you (well, you and anyone else, that is) at: http://plugins.twinpictures.de/plugins/collapse-o-matic/

    Simply update, and then assign the special targclass 'maptastic' that is included in the plugin like so:

    [expand title="Hamburg Harbor" targclass="maptastic"][google-map-v3 width="350" height="200" ...bla, bla, bla... showpanoramio="false"][/expand]

    BAM, that should do it for you. Please let us know if it works!

    Hi,

    Cool, I'd like to test it...

    Where can I download the 1.4.7.b version?

    On WordPress site there is a version 1.4.7
    and on your site there is a version 1.4.4

    Thanks

    Tried with Geo_Mashup plugin and it shows same map all the time with all the pins of other posts... so it works!

    I believe that google-map-v3 will be best and lightweight solution...

    Thanks again!

    I got this message "Geocode was not successful for the following reason: OVER_QUERY_LIMIT"

    I believe it's because it loads all the posts adddreses at the same time...

    Is there any way to make it load the map on expand?

    Just copy/paste the link of 1.4.4 and change last4 into 7b...
    or click the
    LINK

    For now I managed to make it work only on single post... it works great with google map v3... it also works with geomashup...

    lenamtl,

    We have tested it with this exact plugin: comprehensive-google-map-plugin and it is working on our test server: http://spacedonkey.de/map-test/

    Can you share your exact shortcode and we will gladly troubleshoot it.

    I tested 1.4.7b and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks a lot!

    My example page is here.

    And this is the code I used:

    [expand title="Harita" targclass="maptastic"]<iframe width="425" height="350" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="https://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=tr&geocode=&q=wat+phra+kaew&aq=&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=38.41771,86.572266&ie=UTF8&hq=wat+phra+kaew&t=m&ll=13.751416,100.492564&spn=0.006295,0.006295&output=embed"></iframe><small>Daha Büyük Görüntüle</small>[/expand]
