   Hi Gary,

   Been having a greta time with them plugin and its set up nicely except 1 thing I can't get around.

   On the jobs listing page (http://nagoya-info.com/jobs/joblistings/) It shows a long description of the job and when you click the job title for a more detailed description (http://nagoya-info.com/jobs/joblistings/preschool-toddlers-teacher-ages-1-53/) it takes you to a shortened version of the job.

   I'd like to have the shortened version on the job-listing page and the longer one on the specific job page.

   I tried to swap the code for each in the settings but it didnt work out.
