• I would like to be able to display jobs grouped under category headings in the default view.

Here is an example of what I want:

    Administrative Jobs:
    Executive Director
    Project Manager

    Facilities Jobs:
    Janitor
    Night Watchman

Is this possible? Right now you can only sort by job form fields.

The “sort by” setting doesn’t seem to be working.

I have mine set to sort by Job Title, ascending but it seems to be sorting by Date Posted, descending.

I too have the same desire for the ability of sorting by ‘category’ as set on the ‘Admin Settings’ panel.

To then paginate the job posts within each category, would also be handy – I’m currently trying to come up with a work around [until a feature rich plugin update arrives!], using PHP and JQuery – so far it’s not going well…

If I come up with anything I’ll post there.

I would like this to work on different category pages as well but cant figure out the whole shortcodes thing.

Hopefully v0.8 will solve some of these issues.

I am having the same question. How to sort default jobs by Category? Is it possible? Was the previous posting answered? Please help.
