[Plugin: Job Manager] Filter by more than one category

Awesome Plug-in. Thanks for it! I have a feature request:

I want to be able to filter by more than one category. For example, I have categories for locations(states), and job types(nursing, surgery, radiology). I would like users to be able to find all nursing jobs in California.

I believe I can mod the plug-in to accomplish this. The one part of it I can’t figure out how to do is pass a list to the jcat GET param and have it return jobs that are in both categories.

For example, http://www.mysite.com/jobs/?jcat=nursing,california
