[Plugin: JJ NextGen JQuery Slider] JJ NextGen JQuery slider does not show up

Hello:

I have NextGen galleries installed and also the jj NextGen JQuery slider. However NOWHERE do I see a menu where I am able to create and/or insert the slider. Nor in the menu on the right on the dashboard, nor in the “menu” above the page content. I do have the insert NextGen gallery but am aware that this is another kettle of fish. Just mention it to indicate that this is working. When I try to use it in a sidebar as widget, I get the menu where I am able to select the gallery and also the settings menu of the slider. But, nothing happens, the title I gave it shows and that’s it. I already uninstalled the plug-in and re-installed it without any success
