   I just updated from 0.9.9.1 to 0.9.9.3 and discovered a major bug:

   The prices are in German currency style now [admin], which is great (9,99 € instead of 9.99 €). But the same is true for taxes. And here's the big mistake: If I say 19.0000%, it adds nineteen thousand percent to the price (a couple of thousand euros!). If I say "19" or "19,0000", it automatically deletes the rule. Even "0.19" doesn't work as the correct tax.

   Guys - this shouldn't happen!! How can I fix it by tomorrow? Please help me / all Germans!
