    @ak71:
    Hi there!
Thanks for your feedback, really appreciate it! 🙂

The issue is already known and not yet resolved by the Jigoshop crew – as in English “From” and “To” could be used for a lot of use cases, in German language it’s just other words out of the used context!

Jigoshop sould add context string to the Gettext syntax and then it could be translated differently!

However, in the translations for the latest version at least (v1.1.1) it should be correct, as there is “From:” translated with “Ab:”. Have you the latest version of Jigoshop and my language plugin installed?

Note: My language files are always translated 100% – technically. I can’t do much about if they didn’t make all words translateable or did things wrong with textdomain, syntax etc. — all these errors lead to non-displayed translations…

Hope this makes it a bit clearer for you.

Thanks for the feedback, Dave 🙂

thanks for your reply, i am using worpress wpmu 3.3.2, jigoshop 1.1.1 and jigoshop german 1.3, so these should be the latest versions…

The issues lies in the Jigoshop code where the developers still not have all strings covered with Gettext syntax. So I just can’t translate them yet although I want 🙂

We should hope for the next Jigoshop release v1.2 which is currently in beta. My language plugin will update soon afterwards!

Sorry, currently we can’t do something about that.

    Thanx, Dave 🙂

    Hi!

With new Jigoshop version 1.2 this should be fixed from their developers. I updated Jigoshop German de_DE to v1.4 and that should also be included.

Note: The Jigoshop devs still use different textdomains – so translations being all there in the lang files but cannot be displayed because they still forgot some of their homework… argh…! Hope for next version with 100%…

    You’ve been warned… :)))

    hi dave,

unfortunately it is not fixed yet, there are also some untranslated strings in the “jigoshop login” widget: “Forgot it?” (Passwort vergessen) and “New user?”

    Hi!

Same answers as above apply: I can only translate what the Jigoshop team has made translateable! So please report these errors to them to fix it.

As you can easily validate my files are 100% complete.

I tried to report many times in the past to Jigoshop team but it needs more users to do that so they really see the need to change things finally!

    Thanks, Dave 🙂
