[plugin: Jigoshop] Customizations

    Hi
    I want following customization done on my site
    1. Currently the jigoshop default plugin calculate the cost as “Subtotal+shipping+Tax=Total” but i want it to add tax before the shipping cost like “(Subtotal+Tax)+shipping=Total” (see attachment)

    2. two USA states (Hawaii and Alaska) would not get free shipping
