I noticed that the sharing options in WordPress.com blogs have the count of each service. Using the WordPress.org plugin i can only have the sharing counts when using the Official Button option. Is this right?

Thanks for letting us know about the problem.

This has been fixed in the in-development version of Jetpack: http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/586791

I’m not sure when the next bug fix release will be, but my guess is sometime next week.
