Earlier today, I created a new post, but Jetpack didn’t e-mail my subscribers about the new post (I know because I have multiple e-mail addresses subscribed to my site). In the past, it has always e-mailed my subscribers, and the only difference between my prior post and this one was that I had updated to the newest version of wordpress.

  • My Jetpack email subscriptions stopped working. I had a few people unsubscribe and subscribe again but it still doesn’t send the new posts to anyone. I have wordpress 3/4/2.

This issue should be fixed in Jetpack 1.8.3. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Having the same issue. The post also didn’t sent to wordpress.com’s reader page. I’m using jetpack 1.9 and wordpress 3.4.2

Yesterday afternoon I published a new post but Jetpack didn’t e-mail the excerpt/notification to my subscribers. Coincidentally, before publishing I upgraded to the new 2.1.2 version of Jetpack. I’m using WordPress 3.5. Please advise.

@mollygreene Could you contact me via this contact form, and give me a few examples of email addresses that didn’t receive any notification?

    Thanks!

@hamedharry I checked your list of subscribers, and the number matches the number of subscribers on your site: you can check it yourself by clicking on the link at the bottom of the Site Stats page.

it’s worth noting that new subscribers won’t appear on that list until they have actually confirmed their subscription by clicking on the link in the confirmation email they have received upon subscribing.

You can read more about Subscriptions here:

I am having the same problem. I am getting emails that subscribers have not received an email for a week now. I have updated wordpress and jetpack and it did not resolve the issue. Please advise.

I checked it yesterday until today , I entered 2 emails in my main page but they didn’t receive any Confirm Follow email. Unless I add them manually in http://www.numberonecomputer.org/wp-admin/users.

@jptravelers Could you send me a few examples of the email addresses that didn’t receive any notification emails, via this contact form?

@hamedharry Your Jetpack subscribers won’t be listed in Users > All Users in your dashboard, and cannot be added through that method either: they will have to submit their email address via the Subscriptions widget.

I tested the widget, and it seems to work correctly; you can now see my email address in your subscriber list.

I also check the Pending subscriptions for your site: the confirmation emails were all sent correctly, and their email provider confirmed reception of the email. The last person who attempted to subscribe to your site received the confirmation email yesterday, at 23:19:24 UTC. Could you ask them to check their Spam / Junk folder, as WordPress.com emails can get caught in them sometimes?

Following a recent update (I am not sure whether it was the Jetpack update or WP – I did both in quick succession) I have lost all my site stats and subscribers (I subscribe to my own site so I know new posts are not being sent by email to subsrcibers). P.S. the stats appear when logged on to wordpress.com and I have checked that jetpack is connected to my .com account.

    Can you help?

@colinjs It seems that your site previously used a different Site URL, scottishpetanque.org/WordPress/
When you disconnected / reconnected to WordPress.com, a new Jetpack site was created for the new URL, with a new set of Stats and subscribers.

I have now made a change to your account, and you should get your Stats and Followers back by disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com, in the Jetpack menu.

Thank you very much – all sorted.

Hi, yesterday I entered 2 emails in my main page but they didn’t receive any Confirm Follow email. But today I enter one of them> hamedhajinabi@yahoo.ca then it receives Confirm Follow email & new post on my site but I can’t see that user in my http://www.numberonecomputer.org/wp-admin/users.php & number of [Join — other subscriber ]

I want to say Follow email of Jetpack doesn’t work correctly.
& help to improve your plugin.

    Best regards

@hamedharry The Subscription feature seems to work properly on your site; I have received notifications about all your latest posts yesterday.

As I mentioned before, your Jetpack Subscribers won’t appear under Users > All Users in your dashboard, because they are not registered users on your site.
Once they’ve confirmed their subscription, they will appear in the Subscription module, at the bottom of your Site Stats:
    http://www.numberonecomputer.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&blog_subscribers

If one of your readers didn’t receive any confirmation email, they can confirm their subscription here:
    https://subscribe.wordpress.com/

I checked the latest subscription attempts on your site; we have sent emails to all of them but one, who has blocked all emails from WordPress.com. This person won’t receive any confirmation email until they change their settings here:
    https://subscribe.wordpress.com/

Okay thanks I think my problem become solve but I have had a new problem since today
Post Images in Publicize doesn’t show in my Facebook page

    show my avatar

    Best regards
