I am having a similar problem, I think...

I have jetpak and see the subscribers under site stats, yet my theme also has a subscriber tab in the dashboard and those were the subscribers that transferred over from my wordpress hosted site to my self-hosted site.

Now I'm not sure who is getting the posts. I have a few names on the theme's subscriber list that don't appear on the jetpak list. How do I reconcile or combine the lists so that everyone is getting the posts?

also, the jetpak plugin should allow for an import csv function so that we can transfer / add the original subscribers from the wordpress hosted blog.

    thanks!

I am having the same problem with confirmations going to spam. I tried two of my own e-mails and a hotmail and gmail confirmation went to spam. A neighbor of mine said an e-mail went to his spam Friday. Today he tried again and it went OK. I tried today after he did with my gmail account and it went to spam. I just started my blog a few weeks ago and just installed Jetpack last week so everything should be up to date. Please help - I am not getting the subscribers!

@mrempel Can you please use Jetpack's Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says "click here to contact Jetpack support."
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the "Contact Support" button.

It will be also be useful if you can send us a few examples of the email addresses that didn't receive any confirmation emails.

    Thanks!
