Jetpack isn't delivering posts to subscribers. I have over 60 websites using Jetpack for post notifications. I have thousands subscribed. Now it isn't working. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I installed the newest version. I deactivated and reactivated. Nothing's working. Now what?

I talked to my host about this problem prior to the update. My issue is that the form submissions aren't being emailed to me. However, according to my host, WordPress is using the host email, without credentials, which is denying messages from being sent. This wasn't a problem prior to my host cracking down on (potentially) unauthorized email from being sent through the server.

I've installed WP-Mail-SMTP, however it still seems to try to send from the wrong account. Fixing this issue would probably fix the other issues that are also listed above.

We have used jetpack since July and just updated. Now when we post our subscribers/followers do not get an email. Any thoughts on how to fix this? we are http://grownandflown.com

I have the same problem too. I installed Jetpack in August and just found out today that email subscribers/followers are not getting an email. Help please! Would love to get this resolved ASAP.

I'm having the same problem. My friends and family have tried to subscribe to my blog, unfortunately only a couple have managed! I feel I may be missing out on followers because of the problem!
I finally realised that it was really affecting my blog when a couple of parenting networks tried to subscribe. They have contacted me saying they have filled out their email address and it seems to then disappear into cyber space! We finally managed to subscribe them today after many attempts! Surely this is not good enough? People will get sick of trying and my blog will loose out. Please help...

Same exact issue here! Wondering which subscribers are getting emailed posts if anyone. Even I'm not receiving them. Help!

Jetpack 1.8.3 should resolve the subscription email delivery issues. Please upgrade and test things out for a day or two. If you are still having issues, please let us know.

I now have JetPack 2.0 and the issue is not resolved.

@ccarlow Could you try updating to the latest version of Jetpack?

If that doesn't help, you'll want to try disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com in the Jetpack menu.

if you still experience issues, could you contact us via this contact form, and give us a few examples of the email addresses that didn't receive your latest posts?
