   When I go to 'Connect to wordpress.com' I get the following error:

   ´Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host. Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received´

   Any ideas what the 'something' is that is incorrectly configured?

   I am having a similar issue. I can't connect to wordpress.com using Jetpack:

   "WordPress.com is currently having problems and is unable to fuel up your Jetpack. Please try again later.

   Error Details: 404"

   I'm with this same problem.

   Seems to be something with the cloud service.

   Hope it gets fixed in some hours.
