[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Contact form throws errors, breaking page tempate

    Hello-

    My jetpack contact form throws an unsightly error on a successful submission. Here is a link to a screenshot.

    I am using a modified version of the Quantum theme and no other contact form plugins at this time. The bug affects all browsers.

    Interestingly, if I purposely leave out a required field, the error looks correct.

    The email is successfully sent to the admin on submit.

    Any insight is appreciated!
