Any chance of helping the developer of AntispamBee to figure out why his plugin doesn't work with yours? There are a lot of people that would like the two plugins to work together.

They don't work together? I have both of them in a lot of WordPress instalations, 3.4 and 3.4.1 versions. What WordPress and plugin versions are you using?
3.4.1 of WordPress and 2.4.3 of AntispamBee
I'm having the same issue.
It seems that deactivating the Jetpack Comments module is the only way to use both Antispam Bee and Jetpack.
You haven't posted very much information to go on at all. Would it be possible for you guys to try checking out your server logs to see if you can find any related errors? It might be a start. Also, have you tried contacting the AntispamBee developers, and did they reply?
