   My page went blank while installing.
   I hit back then reloaded and was able to get a page. I activated the plugin and didn't see any options listed in the settings section.So I went to my profile saw the tab, clicked on it and I was redirected to the front page of my website.

   Update database and Templates to be done in the administrative panel plugin - right panel (sidebar)

   for the update database and templates to work, your theme directory and files must be writable by apache.

   I am having the same issues but making the template directory and files is not working. I'm also not seeing an option to update the database and templates anywhere...
