   Thanks for this great plugin.
   On WP3.3 it seems to not work in the BULK edit panel. The categories start out not expanded, and clicking the + does not work... so I can't expand them.

   It's possible there's a conflict with another plugin. Before I start fiddling around with them all, has this problem been reported before?
