[Plugin: International SMS Subscription Manager] SMS aren't being sent

    Hi,
    I’ve just started using wordpress and I needed a plugin that i could use to send sms notifications to subscribers to my blog. I’ve tried using this one so I got my API key and input it into the options page along with my username and password. I tested this plugin by subscribing with one of my numbers but I’m not receiving any SMS. All I get is this error:

    Error in SMS authorization! ()

    where am i going wrong? how can I fix this? Help will be very much appreciated!!!

    alright, i came across this site:

    it gives a PHP class that sends sms using clickatell. Any ideas how i can integrate this with wordpress?

    I really would appreciate some help. It’s really urgent!!!

    Alright,

    With regards the error, i contacted my web hosting providers and they kinda gave an idea of what the problem is. I made some changes and now I’m getting this error:

    Error in SMS authorization! (ERR: 001, Authentication failed)

    could SOMEBODY PLEASE help me out? how can i fix this? Please let the explanation be explanatory coz I’m not a developer.

    Ok, I got it to send an sms. For all those who have encountered/are encountering/want to safeguard themselves from having the same problems, here are the steps I took:

    1. Install the plugin and get an account in clickatell. Make sure the account is a central api account. Follow the rest of the instructions.
    2. If you get an error message check your outgoing connections in your hosting panel and allow the clickatell ip address
    3. If you still get errors, check your Options in the sms manager. check your username, api key, password.

    There that should be it.

    now…i’ve gotta check for more stuff…..

    hi everyone,

    i am new to wordpress, i am using SMS International Manager plugin,

    i just want to know to set this settings to always “YES” creating a new post

    Send SMS post to SMS Subcriber?
    Send Post via SMS 0No 0Yes

    any solution for this?
