Honestly, I'm quite unhappy with intensedebate. I have 13 pending comments and 500 spam comments according to my dashboard, and I can't see a single one in my moderation queue. Nothing, except occasionally, it shows up one or more "legitimate" comments.
Despite been ruled as spams, at least I should be able to "SEE" them and "DELETE" them. What is going on here? And the support really sucks. I send 2 inquiries and no replies so far. Actually, it doesn't really matter because my biggest issue now is trying to see these comments and manage them.
The GUI is nice and all that, but without functionality, this plugin is nothing. I really want this to work, has anyone came across a similar issue? Why does this even happen with such a popular plugin?
