   When viewing the front end of a site, the admin bar is incorrectly reporting the number of comments.

   I've tested this on 4 sites, two using Intense Debate (both displayed incorrect comment numbers) and two not using it (both showed correct numbers)

   I am also seeing the same problem. Incorrect numbers are being reported on the admin bar and on the dashboard as to what is actually in the comments section.

   I fixed this by changing this setting under Settings > IntenseDebate.

   Comment Moderation Page: switched it WordPress Standard Moderation. It seems that the IntenseDebate Enhanced Moderation was hiding a pending comment.
