plugin-install.php – pagination missing margin-top

The pagination for browsing plugins on plugin-install.php is missing a top margin for media queries <783px.

Modifying “load-styles.php:8424” to “margin: 15px 0 25px;” seems to correct the issue. See screenshot here: http://acreativecollective.co/wp/wp4beta4-pluginpagination.png
