Plugin installed but I don't see the plugin options

    Hi,
    I installed your plugin and it says that it’s successfully installed. Unfortunately I don’t see the options in my settings screen that I see here in the screenshot. I don’t see the option to choose a custom gravatar. It seems like the plugin isn’t installed, even though it says it is.

    Any ideas?
