• Hello

Our web application interacts with WordPress blogs and requires a plugin to be installed and active on the blog. No configuration required, but must be installed.

    2 Questions.

#1 Is it possible to check from a remote location (ie from another server) if a plugin is installed and active.

#2 Is it possible to provide a link on our website a URL that initiates the install process of the plugin with out the user needing to search for it. Obviously the user would need to enter password if they aren’t logged in, and we already know their blog URL. We tried this and a dialogue came up saying “Are you sure you want to do this? Try again” but doesn’t actually run.

Bottom line is many of our users don’t have many computer skills and it would be nice to make this as seamless as possible

    Thanks
    Stephen
