Plugin Installation Failed

Hello,

I sincerely appreciate the effort you have extended to the public to use this plugin but I have tried installing the plugin two different ways at http://www.affiliatetechreviews.com and the installation fails. Could you kindly let me know what I can do to get this installed correctly?

Why is this plugin free? Just curious since nobody gives out anything free without a reason.
